!ngBreath is a beautiful thing! So is movement, and we so often take them for granted.

As one who has been committed to my own health and fitness for decades, I felt God calling me for years to commit greater time to my yoga practice and simply being with Him on my mat… encountering Him on my mat.

My practice led me to pursue my yoga teacher training certification through Holy Yoga Global, a ministry that, according to its mission, “provides world-class training where lives are transformed by the living God and equipped to take the Gospel to the ends of the earth.”

Trust me on this: There are few things more beautiful than breathing and moving or just resting in God’s love on your yoga mat!

I am a Certified Holy Yoga Instructor (C-HYI 200) and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with the Yoga Alliance and am currently enrolled in Holy Yoga’s Ignite Leadership program.

I offer group classes in yoga and meditation, as well as private instruction. Please go to my “Upcoming Events” page to schedule your private yoga and meditation class or to inquire about a group class. Outdoor classes are coming this spring!
